    生理期做愛做的事 耗傷腎氣又招外邪

    中醫認為生理期或處於經、產復復原期的

    婦女可適度運動,但不宜房事。中醫師陳

    重嘉指出,經期執意房事,既易耗傷腎

    氣,又易招致「外邪」侵入,引起痛經等

    疾病;從現代來看,經期時勉強房事,容

    易感染。

    陳重嘉建議,生理期時暫停性生活,若經

    期不慎房事,既易耗傷腎氣,又易招致外

    邪侵入,引起痛經等疾病。在生理期期間

    盡可能休息,保持充足睡眠及規律生活,

    切勿熬夜。陳重嘉提醒,不要做劇烈運

    動,特別是避免游泳、滑水等水上運動。

    建議可適當散散步,做一些簡單舒緩體操

    動作,如瑜伽中的彎腰、放鬆等動作,有

    助於改善痛經問題。

    他表示,如果能熱敷下腹,醫師指出,除

    能舒緩痛楚,也有預防經痛效果。尤其風

    寒濕冷侵襲易引發痛經,因此生理期間要

    注意保暖,可加速血液循環,讓緊張的肌

    肉和神經鬆弛。

    居家自我保養可按壓腎俞、氣海、關元、

    三陰交、腰陽關;每個穴位按摩幾秒鐘。

    大體上,以小腹、腰背周遭為主。耳穴按

    摩可取子宮穴、內分泌穴、交感穴等。
